This is the third iteration of Men of The Mountain on the mountain. This group is here to help men be better men. Simple. 

Sometimes it looks like men coming together, sharing what is happening in their world, learning to share their problems, express what is going on in their lives and learn to be supported by others. 

At other times, it is being facilitated in practices such as meditation, breathwork or embodiment (a fancy way to say, how to get out of your head, stop thinking so much and be present to what is here). 

And at other times, there will be teachings on topics such as relationship, purpose, spirituality, masculinity, creativity and more. 

This isn’t here to fix you. It’s here to help you be a better man, so you can show up in your life, for your relationship, your family, community and work. 

The overall intent of this group is answering the question of “How can we be better men?” Not because there is anything wrong with any of us, but from the desire to be the best man we can be for those around us. 

This is a drug and alcohol free event. 

For the men that have been a part of this group recently, there has been a change to the pricing structure and timing of these events. With the change of location there is additional costs involved. This means that there has been an increase in price for a drop in session to $20.

A big part of the desire within this group is to make it accessible, while encouraging men to show up regularly, as this work is something that takes time and continued dedication. With the more that men show up, the more benefit they receive. 

As a way to encourage and support this, I’ve increased the time of these events up to 3 hours to allow extra depth, teachings and practices. Additionally, for the men who are committed it is now possible to sign up per month for $50/month. This is a monthly fee, that you can cancel anytime. To subscribe in this way, go here.
