This accredited visitor information centre offers a one stop shop for travel information including maps, brochures, and itineraries. Staffed by skilled and knowledgeable locals, the Beaudesert Community Arts and Information Centre can provide advice on the things to see, things to do and where to eat. Discuss your travel plans with the friendly staff . Also enjoy their famous Devonshire Tea in the Tea Garden or browse through the Lyrebird Gallery with work from local artists and craftspeople – paintings, pottery, sculpture, woodwork, textile arts and photography. They also stock home-made and locally-produced foods. Beaudesert Marketfest takes place on the first Saturday of each month, with an extra Christmas market in December. The market is held in Westerman Park, Mt Lindesay Highway, beside the Arts and Information Centre. There are around 150 stalls, featuring fresh fruit and veges, plants, clothing, old tools and small machinery, bric-a brac, craft, birds, and a variety of other stalls. The market runs from 7am until 12 midday.
