Chef’s Tasting Dinner

Pethers Rainforest Retreat and restaurant presents an unforgettable evening of fine dining, set amongst five acres of pristine rainforest, early settler orchards, and bubbling creeks.

Guests are invited to slow down and savour the magic of the mountain, indulging in a luxurious five-course degustation menu, with perfectly paired wines. This menu has been expertly curated by chef Alex Fee—celebrating local flavours and seasonal produce.

This is a genuine sensory experience, surrounded by a sparkling canopy of untouched rainforest and fairy lights and the sounds of cascading water.
