🌅 Sunset Deck Concert: Experience the soothing sounds of the piano, violin, Irish harp, vocals, and the traditional Sanshin as the sun dips below the horizon.

🍣 Gourmet Japanese Kaiseki Dinner: Delight in a creative omakase menu by Chef Aki, starting with handmade sesame tofu and featuring seasonal Japanese dishes crafted to enhance natural flavours.

🎼 Indoor Twilight Concert: Enjoy captivating performances of Japanese instruments like the koto alongside piano and vocals during tea time.

🌠 Star Gazing Tour: Let our certified eco-guide, Keisuke, take you on a journey through the southern night sky. Learn about constellations, myths, and celestial wonders such as the Milky Way, shooting stars, and the Southern Cross.

🍵 Sweet Finale: Conclude the night with authentic matcha and handcrafted Nerikiri sweets.

• Weather Disclaimer: While we aim for clear skies, the event will proceed regardless of weather. We hope for stunning sunset views and starry skies!
• Warm Clothing: Nights are cool at 550m altitude, so please bring a jacket or coat for star gazing.
• Dietary Information: We offer either a vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal. However, most dishes use bonito broth (fish). Please notify us of allergies when booking.

🛌 Optional Stay at the Ryokan:

Extend the experience by staying in our serene Japanese-style ryokan. Rooms accommodate up to 7 guests (no mixed groups) with shared bathroom facilities between rooms.
