Embers Wood Fire Dining is a roaming wood fire dining experience founded by highly qualified and celebrated chefs Simon Furley, Kyle McNamara and Alex Hall, each with a wealth of experience in fine dining and private catering.

They have worked alongside each other for 6 years, proudly contributing to the success of renowned restaurants, earning accolades and recognition along the way. They are driven by a profound passion for storytelling through food, while representing the rich biota of the region and the stories of its people.

Whether youre after a fine dining degustation, a fire side feast or something in between, they are ready to provide an experience that celebrates the flavours, sustainability and stories of Australia.

They are available to cater for your events, weddings, private dinners, long lunches, elopements, corporate events and more! Based on the Gold Coast, but available Australia wide.

They also host masterclasses throughout the year, where participants can learn the chefs secrets in a hands on masterclass that finishes with a lunch and another opportunity to chat with the chefs and pick their brains! Or you can book a private masterclass for your event.
