Local Scenic Rim honey forms the foundation of a constantly evolving collection, from beautifully dry traditional meads to fruit-filled, spiced and oak-matured creations. New flavours regularly make their way onto the tasting menu, giving even returning guests something unexpected to try. It is a little refined, a little country and proudly different.

Set in Beaudesert, the tasting room is an easy addition to a day spent exploring the Scenic Rim’s country drives, local producers and spectacular landscapes.
