The Overflow Estate 1895, located between Beaudesert and Boonah and within easy reach of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, is home to vineyards, cattle country, waterfront landscapes and a rich agricultural history. Once a grazing property, the estate now combines its working rural heritage with a celebrated winery and one of Queensland’s most distinctive dining venues.
At the heart of the estate is Roastbeef and The Frog, a restaurant inspired by French and English culinary traditions. The name itself reflects the partnership behind the kitchen: British-born chef Jake Hatch, the “Roastbeef” and French chef Olivier, the “Frog.”
