Over four million people in Australia have some form of disability. That’s one in five people. Assemble a team and pledge to break the stigma of disability by participating in the 1:5 All Abilities Charity Relay.
In your team of five, work together to complete a five kilometre relay amidst the stunning Tamborine Pony Club. Each relay participant will complete a one kilometre leg of a five kilometre course to highlight the statistic that one in five Australians have a disability.
For those who are up for the challenge, participate in the Early Riser Solo five kilometre Loop. All participants are encouraged to fundraise in the lead up to the event, with all money raised supporting Rural Lifestyle Options Australia’s Unfunded Projects.
Every dollar raised will go toward supporting one in five Australians with a disability living in a rural or regional community. There will be live entertainment and food trucks on the day so prepare yourself for a morning of family fun!
All participants will receive an official 1:5 All Abilities Charity Relay T-Shirt. So what are you waiting for? Visit 1:5 All Abilities Charity Relay website to register today!
