2 Nov 2019 to 2 Nov 2019

by

Get behind drought-affected local farmers at the Camp Kokoda Open Day for Scenic Rim drought relief.

Camp Kokoda, on the shores of Lake Maroon, will host the open day from 10am to 3pm Saturday, 2 November.

Entry costs $15 per person, with proceeds from ticket sales going to The Salvation Army for drought recovery in the Scenic Rim.

Head along to try out a range of outdoor activities including high ropes, flying fox, abseiling, canoeing and archery.

Outdoor activities will mostly be suited to children aged 7 and older. For the younger kids, Australian Bush Buddies will be on site from 10am to noon.

There’ll be a barbecue, live music, a coffee van, food stalls, market stalls and more.

Keep a special eye out for the Fruit Delight Ice Cream Van and Jules Yummies

Remember to bring enclosed shoes, water and a hat.

Registration is not necessary – just show up and bring cash for entry at the gate and food, drinks and market stall purchases throughout the day!
