Join Australia’s longest running birding program, now in it’s 41st year, at O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat from November 11 to 17, 2018.
Home to Australia’s largest collection of sub-tropical birds, witness over 200 species of the 230 varieties residing World Heritage-listed Lamington National Park on daily guided tours.
The seven day event combines insightful live presentations from Australia’s most reputable bird enthusiasts (to be confirmed).
Naturalists will also get the opportunity to see mega-species such as the rare Alberts Bowerbird, not found anywhere else on earth. Other sought after birds include the Paradise Rifle, Rufous Scrubbird and Regent Bowerbird.
The diverse program will appeal to all levels of interest in birding, with three or seven day package options available. Please note, registration fees do apply and the Bird Week program schedule and guest speakers are subject to change.
