Get Ready Scenic Rim

This FREE Family Fun Day will feature lots of fun activities including interactive stalls, games and activities.

There will be a petting zoo, jumping castles and inflatables, facepainting and so much more! Plus, there will be food trucks available to purchase delicious food.

Meet the first responders from the Queensland Police Service, Queensland Fire Department, Rural Fire Service, State Emergency Service and Queensland Ambulance Service – who will help you get ready before disaster happens.

Our local recovery partners will also be there providing valuable information about what happens after disaster strikes.

Get Ready Queensland Week 2024 is held on 8-13 October this year and is a call to action for all Queenslanders to prepare their homes and communities before disaster hits.
